CHAPTER 34

I tried to get a hold of Lucas but he wouldn't see me or even talk to me. I went to his office but every time they said he wasn't in, I went to the manor but Rosa wouldn't even let me in.

I called him over and over but he wouldn't answer or call me back.

I even asked Kathy for help but she wouldn't do anything. She said she's staying out of it, Lucas will see me if he's ready.

It has been more than a week and still nothing from him so I decided to call his best friend Eric to ask for help.

Eric wouldn't even talk to me, until I showed up at his office and begged him.

Then he agreed, he lured Lucas to his house and gave me the address.

When I showed up, Eric took me to Lucas who was watching a basketball game in the living room then he left us alone.

"Why are you here?" Lucas asks when he sees me.
