I can't believe I agreed to this, I repeat to myself over and over again nervous about talking to my dad.

The kids are out back in the pool with Lucas and their only sane grandparent, Lucas's dad. I had already kissed them goodbye I'm going to meet up with my dad in his office.

I really really wished I had a more sane family but that's not possible, both my parents are totally insane.

When I called my dad and told him I wanted to talk to him he asked to take me lunch but I decided against that and suggested his office Incase he loses his cool when I tell him what I want to talk to him about because that's probably a possibility.

The driver drops me off at my dad's office, I take a deep breath before heading upstairs to first see my brother's who both are lawyers like my dad and are working with him.

    I'm outside on the balcony, on the phone with my mother for the second time today, which is a record for us I try as much as possible to avoid phone calls with her.
