Vanessa's POV
Lucas looked plain irritated, as if she had betrayed him, when he saw her walk in with Shun.
His fingers splayed around her waist and rested on the curve of her tummy. She fought back a shudder when she imagined his hand coasting just a few inches downward."You're very lucky," Shun said to Lucas."She's gorgeous" he added looking at me."Absolutely." Lucas said as his head lowered. Her breath hitched as his lips grazed her lobe, and his nose nuzzled her ear. Her nipples grew hard and tingly. She prayed her padded bra hid the evidence of her body's betrayal.

I wake up alone the next morning in Lucas's bed, how does he do it always waking up before me. Then I remember I'm still pissed at him about last night for suggesting I was flirting with Shun. Okay that was a close call, I took a few deep breaths before going back downstairs with Lucas.We join my parents and Justin in the dining room. We were about to sit down when my other brother Wesley joins us."Wes!" I say as he gives me a quick hug."I thought you weren't coming?" I ask."Yeah I wasn't but Justin said your boyfriend was coming so I canceled all my plans." Wesley said with a smile. I roll my eyes at him before introducing him to Lucas.The chef serves us all a plate and we start eating with my dad and Lucas back to talking about the stock market."So Vanessa when are you taking your vacation for this year?" We spent our days in bed making love then talking our favorite things. We took an early flight back home to L.A, we arrived just few minutes ago. I tried to get a hold of Lucas but he wouldn't see me or even talk to me. I went to his office but every time they said he wasn't in, I went to the manor but Rosa wouldn't even let me in.I called him over and over but he wouldn't answer or call me back.I even asked Kathy for help but she wouldn't do anything.
