Heartache

Katherine opened her eyes slowly and found herself in the bed. "Huh?!" She said, while getting up lazily on the bed and sat down with a confused expression on her face. The bedroom isn't the same as that jet's, "Weren't I supposed to be on the plane? Where am I?! Are we here already?...." She asked herself with a confused look.

"And how did I end up here?" She asked herself, scratching her head.

"I see you're awake now"

She turned around and found him, sitting on the couch beside the bed. "You were dead asleep, I tried waking you up a million times, but you were dead asleep," he said with a straight face. But his heart knows it was a lie apart from the truth that she was dead asleep but he didn't even try to wake her up.

Katherine was ashamed now.

"He took me in his arms?" She thought it's nothing new to her but she's shy the moment she thinks of herself in his arms.
