Stupid timing

Neil finally put her down. "Go and pack your bag" He said. Katherine had no choice but to listen to him. "Take the clothes that I brought for you," he said. She nodded. She didn't dare to talk back, what if he takes her in his arms again?

"But we will not do that! No way!" Katherine said, while packing her bag.

"What? Oh! You mean sex? We will see that!" Neil said and winked at her.

"This man!" Katherine thought and concentrated on packing.

"You're here" Neil said on his phone and left.

After some time he got back. Katherine was still packing, not even realizing that Neil was right beside her.

"These are for you, keep it" he was trying to be cold but couldn't help sounding sweet.

"Huh" she sounded appalled. "Take these" Neil said again, and handed her over a laptop and phone. "I… well… these…" "Take it, you're my wife after all, no need to feel awkward" Neil said while sitting on the couch.

"I also have put a sim in there, and saved my number too," he added.
