The Arrogant Billionaire And His Stubborn Wife

A car stopped in front of a multinational Company. It was written, ‘The SMITHS Enterprise ‘ at the top of the building. 

“ Sir is here, go and open his car door! “ A security guard ordered the other junior guard, being anxious. 

   The junior guard ran towards the car and opened the car door.

 A guy of six feet height with broad shoulders came out of the car. His skin complexion is fairly light. He has a pair of almond shaped eyes, with the color naturally blue, and thick lashes, which makes his eyes look perfect! His face is a mixture of oval and heart shape. But his slicked back hairstyle gives him a heart shaped face. And his sharp jawline adds to his handsomeness more. He looks totally like a model. NEIL SMITHS, the CEO of this Company. His aura is extremely cold. 

   He never smiles. He always gives one expression and that’s the cold one. An expression which can make anyone shiver to death. “Good morning, sir” The guard greeted Neil. But Neil didn’t even bother to even look at him. He walked inside, keeping his hands on both sides of the pocket. 

Neil’s secretary ran to him, to keep pace with him. “What’s my schedule for today's schedule?” Neil asked his secretary, while looking in front. 

The secretary tried his best to keep the pace with Neil, but couldn’t keep up despite trying so hard. Neil walks too fast. The secretary was now almost running and started telling today’s schedule to Neil.

Some were busy chatting with others. Some were doing the work seriously. Some were gossiping about the latest news in the office. 

   But all of them stood up immediately when they saw the CEO coming inside the room. Neil always checks on his employees if they are working hard or not. And he was right, some of them were talking, while almost leaning on the desk. A female employee saw Neil coming towards them, when she peeked out of the door. So she immediately started working, without warning others, she sure was selfish. 

   “What the hell is going on here?” Neil shouted, while looking at those who were passing time. Everyone shivered after hearing Neil shouting. His voice was filled with anger. 

“Do you all get paid because of gossiping? Or you all have the wish to get fired?” Neil again shouted at them. 

“This is my first and last warning to you all, I don’t want to see all of you doing shit! Your ideas can bring new projects! Not your cheap gossip!!” Neil yelled at all of them, with a warning. 

Then he walked out of the room and went straight to his cabin. 

Neil’s cabin is a luxurious cabin, with expensive interior design. It’s the typical black and white combination with different paintings. 

He opened his laptop and started using it with his perfect long slender fingers.

Katherine

The sound of water coming from the sinks. A girl with slim figure, rose beige skin tone, long straight hair. Everything about her is so perfect. But here she is washing dishes in the kitchen, her clothes became all dirty and wet because of water coming out from the tap. The tap is not working well. But nobody in this house really cares. 

"You witch! How much more time are you going to take, huh?" A woman in her early fifties asked furrowing her brows, with arms crossed. She had a disgusted expression on her face. 

"I'm done, mom," the girl replied. 

"Katherine you don't have all day to wash these dishes, you have to wash the clothes and clean the house also! You only have one job and you can't do that too? Look at your sister going to work and coming all exhausted but she doesn't complain at all!!! And what about you, huh? Eating all the free foods without working at all!" Her tone raised and now she was screaming. 

 Katherine clenched her fists. She wants to answer back. But she's holding herself, she doesn't want to create any scene. And if she does, then her stepmom will complain about it to her father, And all her father will do is shout at her! So there's nothing she can do but to endure all the pain. 

"Why are you just standing straight, keep working, you lazy bitch!" She shouted again. Katherine kept her head down and started doing what she was doing without saying anything. 

Katherine nodded and went to the kitchen to make something. 

Katherine was raised in negligence and her step mom always brainwashed her father against her. And her father easily got brainwashed. Ashley even tried to stop her studies. And she succeeded when her studies were almost complete. 

 She does freelancing without her stepmom's knowledge. She earns somehow well for herself. So she doesn't worry about anything. She is planning to move out from this hell soon. But for that she needs some more time. 

After some time… 

'Knock, knock' After knocking the door, Katherine entered the room. A tall skinny figure was lying on the bed , busy scrolling on her phone. She's pretty but not that much like Katherine, unlike Katherine her hair is short, lob haircut. "Your food" Katherine said, and kept the food on the side table. 

She was about to get out of the room but suddenly a pile of clothes fell on her head and she couldn't see anything else but the floor. "Wash this clothes, 'big sis'!" She highlighted the big sis in a taunting tone. Yes she's Katherine's younger step sister 'Shaisha'.

Katherine closed her eyes. She opened it again and turned around, giving a death glare to Shaisha, "What are you looking at, like that?" Saisha said with a wicked smile, her face expression changed in no time and went into a scared expression, "Sister, are you going to beat me again? Like last time? Oh no! Then I guess your hand will have a burned scar too like last time" She ended in a concerned tone. Smiled evilly and said, "Don't you remember what mom had done to you? You can't do anything as dad always agrees with her!

Katherine clenched her fists, walked towards her and grabbed her by her hair, "And you think I'm scared because of your mommy?" She said, giving Shaisha an intense look, as if she would be dead, right now! 

"K..k… Katherine… I mean … sis.. sister… I was just… just kidding, ahaha… hahaha" Shaisha laughed awkwardly, trying to escape from Katherine's clutch. 

"Don't test my patience!" She warned and let go of her. 

"What a bitch!" Shaisha thought but didn't dare to say it out loud. 

Katherine took the clothes and left. 

"She's a mad bitch!" Shaisha said and huffed. 

Katherine is the elder daughter, though she is only twenty four years old and her sister is only two years younger than her. Well Katherine's mother died when she was only ten months old. She doesn't know the reason. Her father never told her. Her father remarried soon after her mom's death. She heard that two months after her mom's death her dad married for the second time. And after some months Ashley got pregnant with Shaisha. 

Katherine sure can't show her anger, stubbornness all the time, well she also has to live and she doesn't like creating scenes either. So she tries to control her emotions until someone really pushes her to be like that. 

At Watson Hotel…. 

"Yes, yes, I'm trying my best to repay the loans, but I need some more time," Thomas Watson said. 

Tension was written all over his face. 

He touched his forehead after cutting the call, "Now from where can I get such a big sum of money! No one's even buying our share! How am I supposed to save this hotel! What will happen to us?! God! He sighed hard. 

The manager of the hotel came running, "Sir, Mr Denver has called" He said. Thomas closed his eyes forcefully and bit his tongue. He then took the call and started stuttering, " Yes, sir, yes I'll repay the money yes, sir. Please have mercy on me and give me some more time" He begged.

The other person from the other line cut off the call without saying anything. 

Katherine's father's hotel is under debts. It's not even running well. What can you even expect from a small hotel with mismanagement? 

"What will I do now? Guess they will take my both kidneys or even worse kill me and sell all my body parts' ' He said and laughed like a madman. 

"Guess I have to go to this Saturday's party and ask the businessmen if they will buy the shares. But who will buy the shares of this damp hotel which doesn't even get a customer? God help me!" He thought, sighed hard and again put his hand on his forehead. 

"I can't tolerate this torture anymore!" He thought
