Compiling the list of our company's partners was easy. It was contacting all thirty of them and inviting them to the banquet that took a while.

It would've been easy, if Richmond didn't have me running around like a headless chicken the entire time. He wanted to have most of his work done before we left for Paris, which meant I was running around delivering documents and passing on messages and typing contracts and retyping them later on and on top of that I also had to attend all his meetings with him. I barely had time to do my original task. I ended up working three more hours than I should've.

I sighed as I wrote down the last contact on the list. It was dark, I could tackle that one tomorrow. By now, I was sure everyone had already left for home. The space felt empty, eerie and creepy.
