Fourteen.

By the end of the day, I'm ready to crawl into bed. We were particularly busy today, Richmond had sporadic meetings all day and we'd also had to draw up contract after contract and go through a ton of reports the departments had sent in.

Richmond had been working as if on auto pilot for the whole day since this morning. He'd been radio quiet; he'd even ignored some of the spelling mistakes in the documents I'd typed. The others had noticed it too and Richmond had received plenty of weird looks throughout the day which he'd graciously ignored.

It was strange, but I forked it down to him being burnt out and tired. He'd had a lot to do this week, and it was nice not having him bitch at me for every small thing that by the end of the day, I'd gotten used to it, which was why I nearly jumped out of skin when he spoke a full sentence to me as I was packing up to head home.
