Engaged?

BELLA’s POV

I sat in the dimly lit room, staring at the screen of my laptop. I was grateful we were comfortable and safe in Los Angeles now. That was the first place I thought of moving to and I hoped Aaron wasn’t going to find us. While we were on the road coming here and our car was stopped,I had thought Aaron had somehow sent his men and caught up with us but it was just some mere thugs who wanted to steal from us.

We were lucky enough to get away from them as the police was nearby at that moment. The apartment we rented wasn’t anything fancy but at least it was a roof over our head and quite comfortable for all four of us for now. At least it was better than staying in that huge mansion where I was unhappy.

Here in L.A,not too many people were going to recognize me here as Aaron Davis’s wife. Besides, I was planning to keep a low profile knowing how nosy people could get.

I found myself glued to the screen of my laptop when I came across a very interesting video. I froze,watchin
