46. Truth Telling At The Gym

“Mum, dad. I’m gay.” I breathed out, looking directly at myself in the gym’s mirror. I had no idea of how to tell them, thus, I decided to practice. It was so early in the morning so everyone was definitely asleep.

I knew either way I would still have to tell my parents of my sexuality. After that talk with Samantha at the park, I became more determined to tell them. It was just that I couldn’t imagine the amount of disappointment that would be on their faces. I was a spoilt child who they gave practically everything. This was why I didn’t want to mess up this up.

“Hey, you both! Guess what, I’m gay and you have to do deal with it,” I said with a cranky look on my face. I let out a sigh, before starting again.

“Mum, dad. There’s something I’ve been meaning to tell you for a while now…” I trailed out.
