How hard could that be, huh? Well it turned out to be bloody damn hard!

Until I met him.

  You see, living with those bastards of a keeper was something I'd never imagined myself doing. I was so close into thrusting my dagger into one's throat when the bad-mannered saphead rudely mention that no beast was allowed into the keeper's fortress. Even after Kedar's strange men had pleaded on my behalf, telling him that Lavi was my assigned animal protector. And by strange men, I meant dwarves. Short, ugly, mutilated face like a bag of well chewed caramel. Yes. Those dwarves. But the moment we arrived at the gates of their fortresses, they sprayed something colbalt blue like on their skins and instantly, turned into full grown men.

After a long boring conversation, pleading and laughing minutes later, when I'd lost track of time I spent in the carriage, they finally welcomed us in and let us passed through the fortified gates.
