Chapter Twelve.

  My best dreams and worst nightmares had the same people in it. I knew that from day one, but sometimes when you're desperate and you don't care  – the devil recognises your soul the most. 

"Your sister?" The words came out without any backups. Nila only nodded to my question, burying her face down to avoid further questions. 

"Well nice to hear but we don't have time for family reunion here." Kedar stepped forward cutting in between Nila and I. "Pendragon sent you to us, didn't she?" She was ready to talk business and I was glad for that.

"Yes." I replied. "I need to find my sister." I added immediately.

"Firstly, when was the last time you had a bath?" She eyed me from head to toes as her question pierced me like a sharp nail. She was right. I glanced down on what was supposed to look like a sandal and trust me, you do not want to see what I saw. I wondered if those dirty feet down there were
