"So, what happened last night?" Jey asked while grinning like an idiot. We're here in the casino, and she's been pestering me all day about that girl; I mean, now she's my girl. No, my slave. Yes. My slave. I frowned at her for the nth time.

"Nothing happened, Jey. How many times do I have to tell you? NOTHING HAPPENED. OKAY?" I accentuated each syllable in the hopes that it would penetrate her obstinate mind.

"I seriously doubt it. How can you let that opportunity pass by?! Hello!" she said, snapping her fingers in front of my face as if she were waking me up. I sighed and rolled my eyes in annoyance.

"Jey! I'm not like you! I'm not going to take advantage of her simply because she's drunk; plus, I'll see her again this week," I said flatly. If there's even a touch of excitement in my voice, I'm sure she'll think maliciously, but I know how her mind works. That's how she thinks all the time.
