Dorian's POVLogan spent the whole day with me in the office while we discussed a few palace matters. It has been over four hours since we've been working and discussing issues going on in the palace when we were interrupted by the noise coming from my stomach. " Hmmmm”, Logan laughed. Sera’s POV I dropped my phone back on the table after reading the text message I got from Dorian with a wide smile on my face and I got back to work. Just like Dorian, I have loads of documents on my table to be signed and also contracts that I need to review. I sighed heavily as I picked up my pen from the table and got back to work immediately. It has been over two hours now that I have been working without stopping and I was interrupted by the grumpling sound that came from my stomach. “Hunger”, I muttered and picked up the landphone in my office to make a call to the kitchen. “Stir fry spaghetti and fried chicken please. I need it now”, I said immediately the call connected without proper greetings. “We are on it your highness", a calm and solemn voice said at the other end of the call and the call disconnected. Dorian's POV I dropped the phone on the table immediately I ended the call with Kade and faced Sera with a look on her face which I interpreted as “what is going on?". I moved away from where I was standing and sat down on one of the chairs in the room so that I would be able to see her clearly. “I just spoke to Dr Kade", I started and paused briefly brushing my fingers in my hair slowly. “He said he wants us to meet and that he has something to tell me", I added, making sure I held her gaze throughout. She didn't reply immediately, she just stared at me like she was trying to process what I just told her. “Why would he call you and what did he want to say?", she asked, rushing her words and she moved closer. I was about to reply to her when she spoke again. “And what do you mean by he has been working with Caden?", she added. I also didn't say anything immediately not because I didn't want to but because I was waiting for her to say something else if she wanted to. " I will explain

Sera’s POV I could feel the happiness in my mind even before I opened my mind the next morning. Dorian’s POV Sera and I just left the palace prison and we are moving into our chamber to retire for the night. We walked side by side as we moved through the palace corridor, the silence between us was felt and heavy not because that is how the corridor has always been but because we have not really spoken since the day we talked about the issue in velvet eclipse. It took us about fifteen minutes to move from the palace prison to our own chamber and then into our room. We got to the room and closed the door behind us slowly before moving closer into the room.
