A FEW NIGHTS LATER

Terrence was asleep when he heard someone let out a scream. He sat up immediately and saw that Gabby was no longer by his side. He looked towards the bathroom, the door was opened and the light was on. 

He set the duvet aside and walked as fast as his legs could carry him to the bathroom. What he saw made his world crumble; Gabby was on the floor. He rushed to her and raised her head which he put on his lap.

"Gabby, are you okay?" Terrence panicked, 

Gabby slowly opened her eyes, she brushed her hands through her inner thigh and showed Terrence. Blood; she was bleeding.

"Ss...save..m..my..baby, Terrence." She said weakly as she gradually closed her eyes.

Terrence lifted her in his arms and ran out of the bathroom. He got his car keys and headed to the car immediately. He carefully placed Gabby in the back seat before running over to the driver's seat and started the car. Thank goodness Sophie wasn't at home with
