The strong metal gold key in Khloe Ferguson’s hand sparkled as she fiddled with it.

“Ethan Foster... He doesn't know I own his life,” Khloe took a deep breath.

She sat in her cold room upstairs and from the window, she could see her lovely husband, Ethan Foster kissing and wrapping hands over his mistress’ curvaceous waist. Katrina Eliot, or Katty as Ethan would call her, is just the kind of woman who can collide the heads of ten men together by just walking past them.

Sighing, Khloe meticulously hid the key in its secret box before heading down to the living room to welcome her lovely husband and his mistress, Katrina.

At least, for these four years of being married to Ethan Foster, Khloe has learned by patience to condone his cheating affairs just so he doesn't divorce her and marry his mistress.

Her priority is that he is happy and she remains his wife regardless even if he, at this point in time, never had an iota of love for her and has countlessly rubbed mud into her eyes.

Getting to the living room, she bumped into Ethan laying on the couch with his mistress, eating each other raw.

Khloe was deflated at the spot.

Ethan doesn't mind lowering his head under Katrina’s legs but he barely kisses her lips to talk more about going down there with her.

He only trusted in and out of her putting on protection but he was always raw with Katrina and this is the most painful part.

Staring at the obscenity before her eyes, Khloe swallowed hard on her dried spittles.

Right before her eyes, Ethan pulled Katrina’s shirt off, exposing her small mammalian glands that were not up to the size of an apple. Katrina was certainly not endowed there.

As Ethan buried his mouth under there, Khloe suddenly shut her eyes trying to launch it off her mind but she still saw his silhouette in her mind doing those crazy things she loved to Katrina instead.

Moanings and groanings were heard as Katrina was screaming for pleasure with those dirty words escaping her lips, driving Ethan to go deeper in her, and in return, he praised her crazily using words like,

“Shit, you're the badass b*tch”

All these times, Khloe wondered if Ethan even noticed she was standing right there before them as this was the height of disrespect for her.

She guessed he was used to her loyalty and her ability to condone his excessive cheating affairs with Katrina, who is his other woman.

When Khloe’s feet burned deep from standing too much, she finally opened her eyes and made a guttural sound that cut off the scintillating romance between the two adults.

Ethan immediately stood up from Katrina and buttoned his rumpled shirt while he later helped Katrina adjust the short white high-waist skirt that did not stress him while he ate the woman inside her.

Khloe marveled at the way Ethan cared and cherished Katrina. That care was all a woman would crave for from her partner.

While Ethan and Katrina approached Khloe, she gave her finest smile to him and his mistress.

“I suppose you should know how to give space to lovers,” Ethan’s unfriendly remorseless voice terrified Khloe but she ignored him to face Katrina instead.

“Hi, Katty,” her voice shivering with hurt even while trying to be friendly and nice.

“Hi, Khloe,” Katty responded with disdain, wiggling her long artificial fingernails.

“I guess you missed me. Sorry, I have to come very late today. We've been busy in the warehouse, you know how busy it could be right?” She said, showing off affluence and Khloe responded with a nod.

“So sorry, Katty. I think you need a cold bath and a nice rest,” Khloe replied while swallowing her hurt before glancing at Ethan.

“I will just make dinner for us. Help Katrina rest well,” her voice stilled as she lifted heavy feet to go to the kitchen.

“Khloe,” his voice struck powerfully, forcing her to turn slowly at him.

“ Yes,” she replied calmly.

Ethan turned to Katrina, “Please wait for me in the room, baby. I love you,” he dismissed Katrina with a kiss on her forehead.

“Good Bye Khloe,” Katrina replied in exhilaration and left to head upstairs.

“Goodbye?” Khloe muttered.

Ethan waited till Katrina disappeared completely before turning to face his loyal wife who still had her eyes narrowed in Katrina's direction.

Khloe was sensitive to words and Katrina’s last word just surged through her.

“We need to talk,” Ethan’s baritone struck, calling Khloe back to herself.

“Is it that important? Shouldn't I be fixing the table for you and Katty first before we talk?” she worriedly said burying her hurt deep in her heart.

“No, Khloe, I can't wait,” he drew close to her. “Let's end everything going on between us. It's been four years now and I can never love you no matter how hard you may try. I can never love you, we belong to different worlds,“ his voice lunged at Khloe like an onslaught.

“What are you talking about, Ethan? I don't seem to get it,” Khloe beaconed. She was completely oblivious to what Ethan was saying.

“We are getting divorced, Khloe. You have to leave tonight,” Ethan’s breath deeply sank like he pitied Khloe now.

On the spot, Khloe dies seventy times, trying to believe it's not true. She could feel her whole body shuddering while she stood glancing at Ethan.

“It's not true, right? You're just kidding, right?” She spurred herself still, not trying to believe what just rang in her ears.

Ethan palmed his forehead and exhaled. He was exhausted already. Taking his head off his hand, he walked to Khloe, pressing his hands on her shoulders.

“Look, Khloe,” he glanced deep into her eyes. “I know you love me so much and even have to make Katty your friend just to make me happy but I'm tired of seeing your face around. Please, leave. I don't want to put you in bondage again. We got married because of my dad but I don't want this marriage to gon on anymore,” he stopped at once like he felt a sharp knife slicing his esophagus.

“Why? Why would you do this to me?” Khloe’s voice was cold. Her heart bled deeply yet, her eyes were just too stiff to blink a tear out.

Ethan let go of Khloe’s shoulders. The fact that he wanted to let Khloe understand him made him unconsciously compress her down with the weight of his body.

“I will have to call Mr. Clark, my lawyer, to send you the divorce papers tomorrow. Just stay put in the Residence Inn till noon tomorrow. He would meet you there, I have sent one million dollars to your account just to facilitate you for the meantime till you find your footing,” he shocked her bone marrow.

Now, Khloe understood why Katrina had even said goodbye to her earlier. She knows Katrina was the one who orchestrated the divorce but it's fine.

Lifting her gaze, Khloe glanced at Ethan and said, “It's fine, Ethan. I want you to be happy. I will just take my stuff and leave," she shocked Ethan and with that, Khloe picked up everything she had in the house and had to leave that cold night.

Just as Ethan had commented earlier, Khloe hailed a cab and headed to the hotel that cold night.
