It's been two weeks since Olivia's Mother died. Olivia cried for days and I felt bad for her, her mother was all she had.

Her mother left her a note that Olivia had refused to open and a golden necklace that had a heart pendant on it. I had seen the necklace on her mother's neck a couple of times and I'm guessing her mother wanted her to have it, It must be very special to her.

Olivia's hand is always on that necklace as if it connects her to her dead mother. I loved her and wanted her to be happy so seeing her locked up in her room hurts. Leah had been supportive, she had tried to cheer her up. Olivia seemed a bit lively today, so I took the opportunity to take her out.

The place was her favorite bakery in the middle of the city. We had our snacks and it was time to go home. She held on to me as we walked out of the busy bakery. We kissed and I opened the car door for her as I hopped on the driver's side. We didn't say a word to each other till we got to the man
