Let's Get Married

AVERY

Fate's a bitch. Now just see what situation I'm in. My one hand is carrying an engagement ring while the other hand is holding open the door of a room. The very room my fiance is buried deep in someone else.

Just when I thought my life would get better, just a little, by marrying him. But who was I fooling? I'm stuck with this life forever. Fate... Fate is a fickle thing. It changes sides when you least expect it.

Funny enough, they don't even notice me at the door as their dirty moans and groans fill my ears up till now.

"Felix," I called and they both paused. It took a few seconds before he turned his neck around to look at me.

His face was drowned in sweat... Sweat from his "hard work." His eyes widened when they met with my eyes.

Of course, I wasn't crying. Why waste my tears on someone like this? I tilted my head to see the brunette girl that was desperately trying to hide her face from me. I guess she knows he's getting married today.

And my attire isn't even helping the matter. I'm dressed in a jaw-dropping white silk A-line wedding dress that dragged the floor when I walked.

The white sleeves were spaghetti straps with the upper bodice clinging to my upper body. It's a really beautiful wedding dress.

Pity the wedding ceremony won't be happening.

"Ave-Avery... What are you doing here?" He stuttered with his covering his still-hard manhood.

Eww, why did he have to pull it out of her? I feel like I ruined a great moment.

"Mother asked me to get you. I think she said something along the lines of praying for us. But it's fine, I'll just tell her you're busy fucking someone." I replied nonchalantly as my eyes swept around his dressing room.

Their clothes were scattered around the whole room but my eyes paused when I saw a red lacy bra on the floor. I tilted my head at the same shade of red lacy pant not far from them.

"No... Don't do that... Let me get dressed and we can go and meet them together."

"No. I think I'll go first. You can go ahead and finish what you started. Bye."

Without another word, I turned around with my fist clenched beside my body. I might be good at hiding my emotions, but it still doesn't mean I don't have one.

I'm angry. I'm livid with anger. How dare he?! Even if he didn't respect me and was desperately looking for somewhere, a hole, to plunge his dick into, he really could have gotten something else to help his desperate manhood. Or maybe do it somewhere else!

Not at our wedding reception! But what was I expecting?

Of course, he doesn't respect me, hell my own younger sister doesn't respect me! But he could still have at least a little bit of respect for his parents and mine!

That is if he deemed my parents as people to be shown respect.

With a dark chuckle, I paused and brought my left hand up where an extravagant ring sat. The band was topped off with a diamond I'm sure must be real.

Engraved into the silver band of the ring, were little diamond stones. I tilted my hand as the diamond reflected under the light of this beautiful hotel.

"You don't belong here in the first place," I mumbled as I slowly but gently pulled out the ring.

"Where is he?" I heard a voice from behind me.

Turning around, I saw my younger sister marching towards me with that majestic aura that she always possessed right from when she was born... Unlike me.

I clutched the ring in my hand angrily thinking back at my life. My memories in that house. She glared at me as she halted in front of me.

"Why are you alone? Oh, don't tell me he said he doesn't want to be seen with your ugly ass?" She mused with a smile.

I said nothing. I'm way too used to her ridicule to say anything back at her. My eyes are cold but if you looked closely, you would see the anger brewing in my eyes.

"Say something, you bitch!" She yelled with her eyes as big as saucers that I feared they would come popping out in a few seconds.

Still, I kept my mouth shut. This act of mine always seemed to infuriate her. So tell me, why won't I do it?

"Gah! God, I so much hate you! I hate the fact that you were born before me! I hate the fact that you're my sister."

She has said those words many times in the past and I kept mute and today, I'll do just that.

"Stupid." I muttered to myself biting my inner lips.

"What did you just say to me?!" She asked and I resorted back to my silence.

I'm very sure my knuckles are white depending on the force I'm using to keep them together right now. I can still feel the diamond ring in my hand as the neatly cut edge pricked the inside of my palm as if mocking me.

Funny thing is, my so-called fiance isn't even out of his dressing room. I shook my head slightly before I looked back at my obviously livid sister.

She has always failed to hide her emotions. If she had a crush on someone, you would know in five seconds and if she hated someone, she would show it. She's an open book. That's her weakness.

She didn't take after Father and Mother in that aspect at all, but in other aspects, she hugged those genes.

"Did you just shake your head at me?" She asked and I was quick to shake my head.

"Use your words!"

"I wouldn't dare", I mumbled my eyes dropping to the ground.

"Know your place, you bitch. This marriage doesn't give you any liberty to feel you're on the same level as I am! This is only a marriage of convenience! You're simply playing your part for the company."

I think I know that fact more than anyone.

"And if you don't go through with this wedding, you know what would happen to you don't you?" She asked and I shivered at the memory that flashed in front of my eyes.

Seeing she got no answer from me, she huffed and walked away from me.

I sighed before I released my hand grabbing my dress into a fist instead. I really don't care if it gets ruined.

I turned around and walked to the door of the reception. I pushed the heavy glass door open while I held my train in my hand to ease my passage through the door.

When I'm finally out, I sigh and bend down with the ring still in my hand.

"Are you sure this is the hotel?" I heard a cold voice ask and I turned my head to his side.

He had a sturdy physique and obviously strong shoulders back. His back was turned to me but I didn't fail to see his suit was Armani and his wristwatch was the latest model of Rolex. His shining shoes are the limited edition of Gucci.

There are only two of those shoes made in the entire world!

"And if you don't go through with this wedding, you know what would happen to you don't you?"

Those words rang in my ears and I shivered again. I looked up at the man that I was surveying just now.

"Alright. I'll see you back at the office." As soon as he said that, he hung up the phone without waiting for a reply from the other person on the phone.

Immediately, his fingers typed fast on his phone's screen and then he placed the phone to his left ear.

"Bring the car here." He commanded and just like earlier, he hung up the phone sliding it into his pants pocket.

He pulled the edge of his suit jacket to smoothen out any roughness on his suit jacket. And might I say, there was none.

His aura screamed dangerous. His aura was way stronger than a normal person's own. His aura was way more majestic than my sister's own.

This is the man.

I walked towards him with the hem of the gown in my hand.

"Excuse me?" I called tapping his shoulders.

He turned to me. His eyes roamed my gown and he looked back at my face with a lifted brow.

I guess that's his way of asking what I want.

"Do you, perhaps, have a wife or a fiance at home?" I asked.

He blinked at me once before he shook his head negatively.

"Oh great! This is great." I mumbled and my eyes looked at his navy blue Armani Suit with a nod, I added,

"Your outfit is perfect as well."

"Perfect for what?" He asked.

"A wedding. We're getting married. Let's get married."

"What?!"
