Sofia’s POV

My suspicion was wrong. The girl was not Marcus' fling; it was his younger Sister. I felt bad for thinking that she was his fling.

I was surprised because he never tells stories about his family. I should start searching about his family now. I’m sure they have been on the Internet since they were famous, right? I pouted in my mind.

“My sister will stay here for a couple of weeks because she has an internship in a company near our place. That’s why she’ll be living with us in the meantime,” Marcus said. I hope this will turn out well.

Luckily, I didn’t react earlier that she’s a mistress, though I kept on thinking that she’s Marcus fling. That would be embarrassing if they knew about that. I don’t want to disappoint his sister in our first meeting.

I looked at both of them; they somewhat looked alike. Of course, Sofia, they are siblings! Sometimes, I want to slap myself for being judgmental. Please ground open and swallow me alive.
