Sofia's POV

“You're pregnant?!” She exclaimed and messed up her hair.

“What?!” Marcus' mom walked towards me. I thought she would be happy to hear it and it would change her mind, but she just slapped me.

“How dare you do this?!” Nathalie fired the gun near me. I covered my ears.

“What the fuck, bitch!” She slapped and pulled me while I'm struggling.

“Nathalie!” Marcus' mom stopped her. Nathalie turned to her with a different expression that I've never seen before.

“Let her go now, Nathalie,” Marcus' mom looked at her, but Nathalie just laughed.

“Don't tell me you've changed your mind, old lady,” she walked towards her while Marcus' mom looked at me. I can't read her expression.

“She's pregnant! There's life inside her womb,” she said and looked away.
