The Billionaire's Plaything is his Wife

Samantha's POV"Did you think you could run away, princess?" he growls those words over my ears, and dread washes over me. Every sense I have, every fiber of my being is focused on one person: the man standing over me, my husband. His ocean-blue eyes are locked on mine with an intensity that makes every single part of me quake with carnal, deep primal fear. The dark red light in the room highlights various parts of him.The rope is being wrapped around me like I'm a sack of potatoes, big hands tying knots around my body with a precision that scares me to my bones. All my survival instincts for escape are pointless as he ties the rope around my hands, so tight that I know they are going to leave bruises."You thought you could run away from me." He ties the rope around my ankles, pinning me to the post. He stands up, towering over my tied-up body."You thought you could escape this monster." He nibbles my earlobe, adding a new layer to my fear."I... I'm sorr...""Shh." He pauses his m

Lucenzo's POVI notice her as soon as she walks in and I am not the only one. Her outfit screams sex and calls out for attention. What is she doing here?I watch her from the end of the room. Watch her as she watches the performance, captivated by it. Watch her when she goes to the bar and that is when I move."What the fuck are you doing here?" I growl out, watching as her back stiffens before she turns around."Lucenzo?""What are you doing here?" I echo my question again."I want to talk to you." She stands up from her seat, her drink all but forgotten."This is neither the time nor the place," My voice stressed 'place'. I watch as she takes a look around. I know what she sees, men and women in all states of undress, couples fucking on the platforms, but most of all, she feels the atmosphere, sex, and lust. She snaps her gaze back to me. "You left me with no other choice. Why are you avoiding me? I just want to talk to you."A mocking laugh escapes from me before I can help it. "Av

Samantha's POVLooking at myself in the full-length mirror, I run my hands down the soft silk of my wedding dress, a twenty-thousand-dollar Alice Temperley dress. It has been a month since the encounter with *him* and I'm proud to say that I have shoved it to the back of my mind where it will forever reside. The fluorescent overhead light catches against my eighteen-carat diamond ring, the ring Lucenzo had sent over the previous week. I lift my right hand to my face and pull the ring off my ring finger- to think that such a beautiful ring is all for a sham of a marriage."It's so beautiful." I'm pulled away from my thoughts by Eve's dreamy voice. I put the ring back on my finger as I turn around to face her. She is dressed in a flowery red dress as per my appointed bridesmaid. Eve and I have been friends for as long as time. Our families were friends, so we became friends by default, attended the same school, and rented an apartment off campus together where we hosted parties, to my d

Samantha's PovThe reception was like the wedding; soul-draining, and I, more than anyone, am glad that it is over. So much so that it felt like a weight the size of mountain Everest was lifted off my shoulders the moment we said our goodbyes. Now, we are in the hotel suite room booked for us to spend our wedding night before we head for our honeymoon tomorrow. Our parents sure spent a lot on this wedding. The sun dips low below the horizon, leaving a wake of pink that dusts over the room. A massive sleigh bed dominates the room, the opium dark wood, and the bedsheet is a soft cream with roses arranged on it to create a love shape. Cheesy. There is a door to the side which must be the bathroom."I will use the bathroom first, then you can go in next," I state, and Lucenzo nods, agreeing to my suggestion.Taking in the vanity, the cabinet appears to be made from the same wood used in making the bedframe in the bedroom. I pull towels out of a companion armoire and set them out on the ed

Samantha's POV“Get your things, Samantha. We’re leaving.”I wake up to Lucenzo's face wearing a scowl, looking at me like I spat in his morning tea, and dressed in a two-piece suit, but missing the suit jacket. I'm starting to think that is his signature look."Five more minutes," I whine, dragging the duvet over my head to shield my eyes from the sunlight drifting in through the open curtains.“I'm afraid not. We have a plane to catch. Your luggage is already in the car.”“We could take a later flight." I need more time. I'm not ready to be in a confining space alone with him again.“Well, we could, but we won't, and you’ve got twenty minutes to get that sweet little butt of yours into the shower and out the door before I give you a spanking.”My pulse leaps with alarm, but before I can react, he turns his back on me and walks out the door.Thirty minutes later, I'm ready for us to leave. I refuse to meet his eyes as we wait in silence for the elevator that will take us to the lobb
