"Okay have a wonderful time...and please feel free to let me know if you need anything, "the manager said with a warm smile and I smiled back nodding at her

"Yes we will...thanks," I said and she nodded before she walked away and I walked back in and found Alexis taking pics of herself

"Wow, yours is beautiful...I like the view it's too mesmerizing" she said and turned around only to click a selfie when I least expected it and she chuckled

"Wow you are a natural... perfect pic" she laughed when she walked up to me and showed me the pic she took and it wasn't bad. I looked like a cute lost duck while she made a fish face

"Cute" I laughed at her and scanned the little living room. The apartment had one master bedroom, a small kitchen fit for me, and a nice living room with expensive-looking furniture. I had to say it was exactly what I wanted. Not so big but cozy enough and the view was of the city. I walked up to the window down and drew the curtains apart

"Wow," I said looking at the colorful dots which represented the lights from various buildings l. It was breathtaking and vibrant that I fell in love with the city again

"Okay since we already settled in.. let's go downstairs and see what this hotel has to offer. If it's not good enough then I'm calling my dad," Alexis said when she walked up to me and stood beside me. She was way too spoiled for my liking but I understood her knowing she was brought up with a silver spoon.

"It's lovely, okay...the employees are nice...but let's go find something to eat I'm starving, "I said and walked away from there and entered my bedroom

"Hurry up okay" she shifted after me and I rolled my eyes and slammed the door shut. I just had to change into something comfortable. Probably a dress and some house slippers and I was good to go. I glanced around the room and I was comfortable. I loved the interior design and the fact that it had a little balcony just like I wanted. I walked up to the mirror and looked at my reflection

"Vivie!"Alexis shouted and I sighed and tied my hair in a bun and fixed my floral dress which reached above my knees

"Okay why are you so nosy huh, "I said as we walked out of my apartment

"You look pretty...so where should we start from... tomorrow our work begins and I'm excited," Alexis said when we entered the elevator and she didn't stop taking selfies even when we had three more people with us in the elevator. She was too much that I just held her hand lowering it down so she didn't get us into trouble

"It's fine as long as we don't blow it... always smile and agree with the boss...and if we have a mean supervisor just make sure you do your work thoroughly" she continued reciting as we left the elevator and found ourselves in the lobby. I was stunned to see so many people moving around. The hotel was among the biggest in the city. Businessmen lived here and held meetings and parties here

"Oh shoot...I left my wallet" she exclaimed checking herself and I sighed knowing she was too much

"Go and get it... you'll find me outside" I coaxed her to move it. We needed money to pay for the food she wanted to eat so how were we going to do that when she left her wallet back in her apartment

"Fine...I'll be right back," she said and rushed back to the elevator while I proceeded to the door but took out my phone and started checking for anything which would keep me busy until Alexis came back. I wasn't even looking where I was going as my focus was on my phone scrolling through and when I looked up, I came to a sudden halt when

"Ouch!"I heard a small melodious little girl's voice say and I realized I just bumped into someone

"Hey...are you okay?"I asked and went to my knees. The little one was holding a doll with her other hand and then her head with the other. She slowly lifted her little head and looked at me. I swore she was the most beautiful girl I'd ever met. From her big round blue eyes to her brown curly hair. She was looking adorable in her little cute blue dress with cute little pink sneakers. She didn't answer but just stared at me without blinking.

"Come sweetie...are you lost...did I hurt you?"I asked and started inspecting her hoping  I didn't not sure if I hurt her. 

"What are you doing?" it was Alexis who said and didn't look up at her surprised that she came back so fast. I didn't know why I felt this way with the little girl

"Is she lost...wow so pretty" Alexis said and went on her knees too and looked at the gurl. Her attention shifted to Alexis but soon looked back at me and she was lost

"Sweetie, are you looking for Mama or Papa?"I asked in the sweetest sort of voice so that I didn't scare her. She was too cute and I liked her very much. This was weird me liking someone at first sight but the little one in my arms was exceptional

"Doesn't she talk and why is she staring at you like that...hey sweetie where's Mama? "Alexis said and I elbowed him not to say such things. I lifted the girl in my arms and pulled her up securely and got to my feet with the help of Alexis

"Maybe she lost them...this place is busy," I said while looking around for anyone who left the girl here. The place was loaded with people moving around and it was dark outside. According to what I saw, the girl was coming from the entrance door which meant she came from outside

"Okay let's…"Alexis was about to say when suddenly

"Reina...dear God what are you doing here?"A lady with black hair dressed in office wear approached us, she was wearing black trousers and a coat and heels. She seemed surprised and agitated upon seeing the girl.

"Is she yours?"I asked suspiciously when she snatched the girl away from me and held her in her arms. The lady looked at me with knitted brows as if she wasn't happy with me and saw how the girl didn't protest but kept staring at me. I guessed she knew 

"No my boss's child...she must have snuck in his car to get here" the lady replied and I was stunned. So she wasn't lost because of her parents but she snuck onboard all because she was following her parents now that was mischievous and cute

"Oh I see, please take care of her...what if…"

"I told you but that doesn't mean you should lecture me as if you are her mother"the lady spat out bitterly, surprising me and she walked away heading towards the reception. I stood there watching her with great awe. I didn't say anything but reminded her to keep the girl safe 

"So she's depressed...clearly you didn't say anything bad, "Alexis said rolling her eyes and I just smiled and averted my eyes away from there

"Yeah let's go it's getting late, "I said and we made our way towards the entrance door but I didn't know why I felt so strange all of a sudden. I had the urge to look behind me unfortunately Alexis already dragged me out of the building.

Immediately Vivienne and Alexis left the building. Victor, who just got a call from home and was informed about his little princess's disappearance, rushed out of the meeting room and proceeded to the lobby. He was agitated and worried. His mind was a total mess upon hearing such knowing his daughter went anywhere or disappeared in such a manner

"Sir...I.I found her here" his assistant said, handing him Skylar who was giggling secretly as she secured her little legs around her dad's waist and wrapped her arms around his neck. Victor wasn't angry at her because he knew how mischievous she was at times

"Papa I saw a princess," she said with giggles beaming at him as she planted a kiss on the tip of his nose and Victor frowned 

"Sweetie...are you saying this so that I don't punish you," Victor said with a small frown and his daughter widened her eyes in delight as she tightened her grip around his neck and smiled even more. She had the cutest smile with cute dimples which made her even more beautiful

"No papa I saw a princess...pretty hair...and eyes" she beamed again and Victor was lost. He wanted to protest or argue with her over what she saw but he wasn't sure if she saw the princess he liked or just someone who looked like his princess

"Sweetie you didn't see any princess because you are my only princess," he said and kissed her cheek and she ended up laughing and climbed down unexpectedly he was stunned but soon adjusted her down and held her hand

"Sir I found her with a lady...I guess she was running around and bumped into her"his assistant Priscilla said with a smile and Victor nodded seriously

"Handle the meeting for now...if anything is needed we'll deal with it tomorrow" he said and Priscilla nodded with a smile and grabbed her phone from the reception

"And about the new interns coming tomorrow...what should I do about it?" she asked and Victor's eyes narrowed a little as if thinking but soon looked up at her with a blank expression

"You are the supervisor aren't you...give them work and make it clear I don't tolerate lazy employees," he remarked and the lady knew her boss was someone scary and cold. He only laughed or smiled when he was with his little daughter other than that he was a frozen statue with no emotions

"Okay sir...have a goodnight," she said with a low bow and Victor walked away with his baby girl but stopped and glanced back over his shoulder

"Give them extra work and if anyone complains, direct them to me I'll handle them my way". Just like that, the man said coldly and walked away heading to the entrance door. Priscilla stood there surprised. Why did her boss sound as if he knew the new interns? Or as if he wanted her to give more work than usual

"He's strange," she said just as Jason came to her and both went to finish the meeting their boss started.
