Chapter 18

"Time? Time for what?" I asked the Doctor.

"It is time for your examination." He responded.

"Examination? What Examination? Am I writing an examination? Please, I know nothing about Medicine." I said with a confused look on my face.

They all looked at each other's faces and giggled.

"Mrs Zaveri, you're not going to be writing any examinations. What I meant was that, it is now time for your medical examination to be carried out." The Doctor explained.

"Oh…." I said as I understood what he was saying. "But why? I'm not sick, I'm completely fine." I added.

"Well, you suffered a memory loss a few days ago and so, we need to check what could have caused it and make sure that you are a hundred percent fine now." The Doctor explained further.

"I did? I had no idea." I said, with my eyes widened in shock.

"Am I going to be fine?" I asked, concerned.

"Of course, you will." The Doctor assured me.

"Okay." I responded.
