Chapter 57.

(Evy's Point of View)

I first felt being watched right after I left home but the feeling wasn't there when I arrived at work but it returned when I finally step out of the building after a tiring day.

I looked around the parking lot, watching as workers got into their cars and drove off. There was nothing out of the ordinary but still, I felt eyes drilling through the back of my back. Suddenly fear gripped my body knowing there was someone out there who had been following me for the past few days.

I knew I wasn't being extra sensitive as Diana had claimed, I knew there was someone following me. What did he/she want from me? It couldn't be some serial killer, was it? The thought hit me harder than I expected and I didn't remain in the now empty parking lot as I immediately got into my car and drove off.

Ten minutes into the road, I saw a van behind me. I watched the van drive creepily behind me and when I took a sudden U-turn, the driver also did the same.

Fuck!

I was being followed!
