I can feel it the moment we cross into the Bloodlust Pack. Apollo says, “We need to have you pledge your allegiance to the pack soon. We’ll make sure it happens within the next couple of days.”

I nod to let him know I understood, but I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t nervous over it. Whenever I pledge my allegiance to the Bloodlust Pack, the ties I have with Royal Pack will break. My family will no longer be just a mind link away. I will have to call them if I ever want to speak with them.
