Haley
“Good morning Alpha,” we say together, keeping our eyes to the ground and hope he is not in a mood this morning and I don’t mean a bad mood.
“It must be my lucky day to find two of my female slaves in my office this morning. Who wants the honor to pleasure me this morning?”
I can see Ashley shudder at what the Alpha is asking us. She has been lucky to avoid the Alpha paying special attention to her and I keep praying to the moon goddess it stays that way. We see his feet moving closer to us and he forces us with his hand to raise our chins, to meet his gaze. He has that sick look in his eyes and I know exactly what he wants.
“How about you little wolf,” he whispers in Ashley’s face.
“I’d be happy to Alpha,” I purr at him. He looks my way with lust in his eyes as a tear falls from Ashley’s face. I move closer to him and place my hand on his chest.
“Come on Alpha, you know I am your favorite and I have never let you down. She doesn’t even know what to do, let me take care of you.”
He sends a grin my way that makes me want to vomit. Ashley is looking at me with tears and I slightly shake my head at her to stay silent.
“My sweet, dear Haley, you are right. Leave us,” he orders Ashley.
She hesitates, but I glare at her to get moving and she rushes out the door. I have been at the pack house the longest and know what it takes to get the Alpha finished quickly. There are only three of girls here and I’ve done my best to ensure he leaves them alone since I am also the oldest.
As always I smile and purr at Alpha Jake, making him happy. He fists his hand in my hair as I take him fully in my mouth. Tears sting my eyes as he thrusts into me, but I have learned to not gag over the years. It’s over before I know it, like always. He never can last very long. Alpha Jake puts a finger on my chin, making me rise to stand and he kisses me before dismissing me. I rush out the door and find Ashley so we can finish our chores for the day. I find her in the music room.
“Oh my goddess Haley. You didn’t have to do that. I’m so sorry, are you okay?”
“I’ll be fine Ashley. Remember I’ve been here since I was twelve. I can handle the Alpha. You just need to keep your head down and do as I say. Next time don’t hesitate, he could always change his mind.”
“I’m so sorry Haley.”
“Don’t be sorry Ashley. It’s my job to ensure you and Samantha are taken care of. You two should be home, enjoying some prom coming up and gushing over boys. I will do my best to try and get you out of here.”
We finish cleaning in silence. I do have a plan to get them out of here, I just hope they are fast enough to reach the border and find the witch. Hope will help them get home. I have never actually met this witch but she was meant to save me so I know if I send wolves her way she’ll help them, at least I hope she does. Alpha Jake has yet to figure out it’s me that is helping she-wolves escape and I pray to the moon goddess he remains in the dark. I escaped a few times over the years, but I am not fast enough and ended up getting caught every time. Instead I’ve now focused on getting others out since I am stuck here.
We finish our daily chores just after ten at night and wee sneak into the kitchen to see if there is anything left for us to eat for dinner before heading to bed to start our day all over again.
I find myself running in the snow through the forest. Wolves are howling behind me and the sound of twigs snapping is getting closer. I push myself as fast as I can, but I can tell I am heading in the wrong direction. With no moon out it’s so dark I hadn’t realized I took a wrong turn. I jump over a creek and find myself tumbling on the ground with a wolf.
He has me pinned on the ground and is growling at me. I notice several other wolves have arrived and are pushing the wild rogues back. One of the wolves shifts and the one holding me to the ground gets off me.
“Now look at what we have here. We’ve been looking for you Haley,” says Carson, the beta of Red Moon.
I don’t answer him and just stare at all the wolves around me. I can’t believe I ran right into the Red Moon pack. I should’ve paid better attention to where I was going.
“Do not fear me. We are not going to hurt you. Where are your parents?”
“Probably dead from the attack by the wild rogues.”
“Go to her home and search it. Find her parents.”
I watch as four wolves take off in the direction of where our cabin is. It makes me wonder if it was wild rogues that actually attacked us or not since they don't seem to need directions to the cabin. I am not sure what is worse, finding my parents alive only to be killed by Alpha Jake or finding they are already dead.
“Beta, look at what we found.”
The wolf hands the beta a book and I recognize the symbol. It’s the blood red wolf book my mom kept.
“Take her to the Alpha.”
I sit up in the pitch dark room, drenched in sweat again. I look around and see Ashley and Samantha are still asleep. Good, I don’t want to worry anyone. I check the clock and find that it is again four in the morning. I rub my eyes as I head to the kitchen and grab a glass from the cabinet to fill it with water. I am getting tired of having these dreams. I remember what happened, I don’t need a reminder.
I put the glass in the dishwasher and turn to leave. I jump at the figure in the shadows in the kitchen doorway. I switch on a lamp and find one of the male slaves watching me. I think his name is James.
“You scared me, James right?”
“Yes. I’m sorry Haley. I guess we both couldn’t sleep. I came for some water as well.”
I notice he has a bag hanging off his shoulder and he appears nervous.
“You best be on your way if you are wanting to get past border patrol during shift change.”
His eyes widen as I walk past him and head back to the basement. I hope he makes it.

Alpha Avery 10 years later…… “Daddy! Paisley!” I did as Haley asked except the moon goddess blessed me with a second chance mate when the twins turned six. It took me awhile to accept her, but she has made me happy and was so good with the twins. That is what Haley wanted. I groan as the twins burst into my room and jump on my back. I peak an eye out at them as they stare a hole into me. I can’t help but chuckle. “Daddy wake up!” I roll over, pinning them both under me and they squeal as I tickle them. “Stop Daddy, stop,” they say through their giggles. “Happy Birthday you two.” “What are we doing today,” asks Asher. “I think it’s time I took you somewhere special.” “Are you finally going to tell us about mom,” asks Alina. “Yeah sweetheart. I think it’s time you finally knew about her. Go get dressed, we needs some breakfast first.” They both rush out the door, racing each other to their rooms. I laugh at how competitive they are. Alina is so much like Haley that it makes
Alpha AveryIt’s been a week since Haley died and we are finally having her funeral. We had a mass funeral for all those that died and now we are all saying goodbye to our Luna. Many kids are heartbroken at the loss of their music teacher and asked if they could all play a piece during her funeral. I couldn’t deny them. Nick and Ray worked with all of them to be prepared for today.I am in the nursery getting the twins ready for the funeral. They are barely a month old, too young to lose their mother. Besides her eyes, Alina looks just like her mother and I am sure that likeness will only grow as she ages. Asher has Haley’s eyes, hair and skin tone but his structure looks like me.“Avery, are you ready,” asks Akila as she walks in.“I am ready as can be. Do you mind grabbing Alina.”“Of course.”Akila grabs Alina and looks at
Alpha AveryI wake to find I am sleeping in my room and and the twins are no where in sight. I begin to panic but Dr. Sully pushes me to lay down.“Easy Alpha. You are mentally exhausted and have been out for two days. You’ve been through a lot.”“Where are my pups.”“They’re in the nursery Alpha. They are okay, your brother and his mate are looking after them. I did a check up on them and they are both growing just fine.”“I need to be there for them. Haley…. I promised Haley I would be there for them.”“Alpha. Shutting yourself in the nursery with them is not being there for them. I don’t think that is what Luna would want.”I run my hands through my hair and notice the letter on the night stand. I still haven’t opened it.“I’d suggest you read that Avery. She had something to tell you, you should listen.&rdquo
Haley“Watch over them Avery. Live for me, live for them.”A tear falls as I know this is what will break the curse. The selflessness of sacrificing my life for my mates, something no other blood red wolf has done. I may never see my children again but at least I know this will save her future. I kiss Avery’s forehead before placing my lips on his.“Haley stop!”I can hear Mason getting closer, but I know he is too late. I can feel my life slipping from me into Avery. I can feel him getting warmer as I get colder. Mason reaches me just as I hear Avery’s heart beat. I gladly let the darkness consume me as Avery’s eyes flutter open.Alpha AveryI feel a warmth spread throughout my body which I find weird since I know I am dead.&n
HaleyI see Avery fighting Jake and kicking his ass. It makes my heart swell with pride. Just as Avery approaches Jake three of the wolves Mason and I were fighting change direction straight for Avery. Mason and I took out the rest and he is finishing his kill with the wolf in his teeth as I chase after the three.“Avery watch out,” I yell through the mind link, but I am too late. The three wolves all sink their teeth into Avery as he scrambles to fight them off. I tackle a wolf off of him, but it’s not enough. Jake pounces on Avery and rips his throat out. Mason attacks the other two wolves and kills them. I can see the life leave Avery and Hazel howls in pain.Mason turns his attention to Jake and we both circle him. I can see fear in his eyes as he realizes he is all alone. He tries to back away and take off into the forest
