Gail drove his car very smoothly and neither of them spoke as the car moved forward.

His level gaze took in the broad expanse of estate. And the quiet surrounding and the green hills rising above it to a sky flecked with high white clouds and the expression in his eyes said that it was good that there he might find compensation for much that he had given up on the other side of the world.

Darcy almost to her surprise, found herself asking him about the factory.

"Have you managed to find a secretary yet?" She began tentatively. I wondered if you have given the advertisement for a new secretary."

He slowed the car as they came near the estate glancing down coldly at her flushed face.

‘ Let’s get it straight Darcy” he said. "You are doing a good job right now and I don’t think I will be able to replace you with a new one within a short period, so till we find a new one you are stuck with us,” after saying that he turned his car at the bend which brought them towards her villa.
