As Darcy returned home she was walking very fast because of which she was breathing very very fast. It's been a long time since she had an exercise. She felt bitter and sore for a lot many reasons. She was still thinking about the way Shelley had explained about the new owner who had bought her grandfather's house. And was astonished.

Indeed, she had never met him because his assistant and her lawyer had managed all the dealings. But could it be that he was the one who came to buy her company? But why hadn't he told her straight away that it was him? Why did he hide his identity?

She would eventually meet him again to finalize the deal. So why would he let her think that he was someone else? It was inevitable in a small place as Michigan not to notice him. One way or the other she would have encountered him.

He must be laughing at her for the way she had blotted out so many things about him.
