I agree and it makes more sense why there wasn’t a lot of detail about the war that happens.

i really like how you explained the reason for the war at the end of the book this way. through Liam & Angel’s POV. it feels like it wouldn’t have had the same effect reading it from Rik & Cara’s POV. i really enjoy this book.

I like them as a couple, but physiological reactions are no indication of love for somebody. He's turning his feelings into something cheap and crass imo.
