Chapter Ten

Angela

It was Monday morning and I can't help but to think about what happened last night. I was preparing to go to work when Asher knocked on my door.

"You can come in."

Pumasok na siya sa kwarto ko at dala-dala pa niya ang teddy bear nya.

"Mommy, can I go with Tita Mira in the Cafe? Then they said that they will take me to the park in the afternoon."

"Sure. Just remember to bring your extra towel just in case you will play with your tita."

He climbed up to my bed before laying down. He is looking at me with his sleepy eyes.

"Mommy are you okay? Kanina ka pa po bumubuntong hininga." tanong ni Asher sa akin habang kinukusot ang mata niya.

"It's nothing honey. You can go back to sleep."
