I had been feeling unusually fatigued and dizzy for several weeks, unable to shake off the persistent discomfort. At first, I dismissed it as stress from work and the daily demands of life, attributing my symptoms to the usual ups and downs that everyone experiences. But Justin, ever observant, had noticed the subtle change in my demeanor—the way I sometimes held my abdomen as if it pained me, and my reluctance to savor my favorite foods. His concern for my well-being had grown steadily, and he urged me to see a doctor. However, being the fiercely independent and stubborn person I was, I resisted his pleas, assuring him that it was nothing to worry about.
