The doctor, Lawrence had called in finished examining Bella.

"How is she doing?" Arthur asked panicking as she watch her sleeping.

"Thankfully, she is okay but need to have enough rest."

"Why isn't she opening her eyes if she is okay."

"The drugs I gave to her is taking its effect, you don't have to worry."

"But..."

"Arthur, Doctor Rodriguez is going to be on standby so you don't have to worry about a thing." Lawrence assured him.

"Thanks man, I really appreciate it." Turning back to the doctor. "Thank you so much doctor, it really means a lot." Arthur took the doctor's hand in his.

"Don't mention." Doctor Rodriguez broke off the handshake and excused himself.

Arthur ran his hands over Bella’s hair, praying for her to open her eyes. He hadn’t meant to hit her. He never knew she was standing beside him when he had sent out that deadly blow.
