~~ VINCENT ~~

I heard her sigh over the phone, and my jaw clenched.

She’d better be grateful I was letting her know my next move because I've had it up to here with her attitude.

In all my 31 years of being on planet earth, no one has ever riled me up the way Fidelia Mills did.

She was efficient, meticulous, smart, and almost a perfect assistant, safe for her constant anonymity that almost cost me some big business deals weeks ago.

The investors for my project wanted to meet the person that drafted out the impressive proposal, and they wouldn’t have it any other way.

She’d do a presentation and explain some of the highlighted details.

But this woman….

She pushed me to the wall so much that I hated her.

I hated the fact that her throaty voice, when she’s frustrated but trying to stay professional, turns me the fuck on.

Like she could break her screen and grab my neck from her end, strangle me, and whisper sweet nothings to me in the form of a threat, but she was holding back.

Just like now.

How her voice cracked and deepened when I riled her up just as much as she does to me.

My pants grew tighter, and I felt my cock swell at just the stimulation of fantasizing about a woman I have never seen.

Hell, I was getting off from just her voice.

“I wouldn’t bet on any of that, sir. You’d hear from the EEOC when I submit a complaint regarding this treatment. Thank you.” And she hung up.

“Miss Mills," I warned, taken aback by her threat.

I checked my phone, and she'd actually hung up on her boss.

This woman. I had thought I'd scared her with some company policy bullshit.

Maybe she'd give in and beg me not to take any action against her.

Or she'd probably be running through the door to my office before we were done with the call.

But she was threatening me with the EEOC?

I got up from my swivel chair, roughly loosening my tie as I felt suffocated.

Or maybe it was how her defiance made my groin area tight with carnal need.

Her attitude was turning me the fuck on.

I reached for my zipper, pulling it down to free my hard erection.

If I was new to this, I’d have thought me sick or something.

But I’ve jerked off in my office, at the top floor of Hamilton Corp., overlooking thousands of city lights a hundred times over, thinking about Fidelia.

It felt like I was cheating on my FunSize now because she’d owned a greater part of me for the longest time.

I stroked the tip of my length crossing the room over to my mini bar.

Pouring myself a drink, I gulped it down in a mad rush, causing my eyes to see red.

Then I started.

Applying a sanitizer to my palm, I coated it over myself with an unsteady hand, shutting my eyes.

Then in the next ten minutes, I pumped myself to satisfaction, groaning and clenching my jaw as I climaxed.

God. When would I get the real thing.

“Hey fucker. Getting off on innocent assistants again.” Greg, my best friend and business partner, said as he came up behind me.

Greg had a tendency to forget I was his boss in this work environment and couldn’t get rid of his old habit of barging into my office.

I clicked my teeth in annoyance, tucking myself in before turning to him.

“Ever heard of privacy? Stop messing around during work hours. You’ll get a warning.” I reminded him, and he laughed, waving me off.

“Ok, boss. You do that.”

“But I need to ask an important question. Do you have a thing with getting off on your assistants.” He added,

Fuck him.

One night at the club, I had told him how I went on for years without having sex because I was hung up on an Onlyfans girl.

After FunSize’s situation went on for years, Fidelia was the first woman to lift that ban.

That night i was drunk. Worst mistake ever.

Now Greg wouldn’t let me off with the constant taunting.

“I told her I’m laying her off if she doesn't turn up for the meeting.” I announced.

Greg looked a bit shocked, but he relaxed into the seat, gesturing for me to sit like it was his own damn office.

I took the seat anyway.

“The AV project. The investors want a presentation or what?”

I nodded, pushing some files aside to clear the space in front of me.

“I mean, 'they suggested' implies they wanted it. And it’s also our way of building trust and confidence in this project.”

Greg had a frisky smirk as he tapped his fingers on the desk.

“So did they make it compulsory for her to be here?”

A muscle ticked in my jaw as Greg gave me a knowing look.

“Dont look at me like that.”

Greg threw his head back, laughing at me.

“Jesus, man, just tell her you want to fuck her. If she’s down. Get an hotel and get it over with.”

“You look like you’re having a hard time. And for the first time since I’ve known you, it’s not about work," Greg said, and I couldn’t agree with him more.

We’d clicked four years ago over business meetings and conversations, and this fucker here could read me like a book.

"Don't mix business with pleasure. It’s my principle.”

Greg raised a brow.

“Hmm. Like Hannah from accounting department, you almost had her if not for that fire incident.”

“No, she basically threw herself at me. Threatening to file charges of harassment against me if I didn’t sleep with her."

“She’s the one who had my fly out,” I added for emphasis.

Greg leaned forward,

"Oh, so she grabbed your stuff and fixed it inside herself, like when you put a nozzle into a gas tank? He asked.

“Shut the fuck up, man. That never happened." I defended.

Greg doubled over, laughing at my overreaction.

“Just kidding, dawg. Why so serious?” He asked, still laughing as he stood up, dropping a report file on my desk.

“I didn’t do it.” I defended.

"Oh, ok."He nodded, raising his arms in the air.

“I know.”

“But if you’re ready to get Felicia—“

“Fidelia.” I corrected.

"Yeah, whatever."

"If you're ready to get her out of your head tonight, there’s a pub in Brooklyn by 7. They’d be lots of women.” He announced, and I dragged my palm down my face.

“I’m not coming.” I said dryly.

Greg reached the door but stopped and said,

“Think about it. You could get laid and unwind.”

“And in anything you do, remember you have a nickname now.” He reminded, before closing the door behind him.

Hell if I didn't know how right he was.

Rumors have been going around, especially since that incident with Hannah, that I was gay.

But I didn’t think they’d go this far by giving me a nickname.

I made a mental note to discipline anyone caught calling me that name.

I left for work. Went home and found myself hunched over my laptop scheming for ways to tweak the company’s policy to offer a sanction for virtual assistants that refuse to show their faces.

After minutes of searching, I groaned in frustration.

She had EEOC to fall back on if I pulled any stunts.

Fidelia. One.

Vincent. Zero

Just as Greg suspected, I wasn’t trying to drag her down to the office because her anonymity affected business or any serious matter.

I wanted to see the woman that had slowly injected herself into my bloodstream and made me allergic to anyone that wasn’t her.

Then my phone rang.

At first I dismissed it as Greg’s efforts to drag me out, but it rang again, and I picked up this time.

“Good evening, sir.” Fidelia greeted, and I tensed up, blood rushing to my cock.

“I’m ready to meet physically but on one condition.”

~~ FIDELIA ~~ I blinked my eyes open, stretching. I yawned, rolling on my back. The smell of breakfast, waffles and fresh coffee seeped into my nose. His cologne lingered in the space next to me. One he'd left behind from wrapping me in his arms all night. I smiled, feeling like today was going to be exceptionally good. While I'd love to wake up with him by my side, I knew he had an early bed and hardly slept in. Unlike me, I could sleep the whole day. “Vincent!” I called as I sat up. From the aroma emanating from the kitchen, I could tell he woke up early to make breakfast. My stomach rumbled and I smiled. Thank goodness he was such a good cook. I stepped my feet down on the bed and got into my flip-flops. Then I sauntered towards the kitchen, scanning around for him. Where the hell was he? I caught a note stuck on the fridge. I moved closer and realized they were two. I ripped them off, reading them. *Breakfast is in the microwave.* *If you need to get anything.

~~ VINCENT ~~ That would be as hard as hell. “How’s that going to help?” "A lot. But at least we'd know the source of the problem. Her health is very fragile, so take good care of her.” With that, I walked him out, and he left. The more I tried to solve that puzzle, the more other layers kept appearing. Over the weekend, we worked together. Mostly on our proposal against the annual conference. We spent quality time together, and I made sure I eased most of her burden by not complaining about her work. On a normal day, I made her rework documents to perfection. But the doctor had warned me about stressing her out. Surely I could afford to leave my ethics out the door for once so they'd both be safe. She and our baby were starting to become a greater part of my life. Just as we sat next to each other on the couch, eating chips and dipping them in sauce, a comedy playing on the TV right across from us, I pulled her in. Over the last few hours I realized she was

~~ VINCENT ~~ “What about us?” "Henry's going on some trip next week. Can you come to the house?” “For what reasons exactly.” “To see your niece. All she talks about is you. She misses you.” “I bet she misses her dad more than she'd ever miss me. I'm busy right now. We'll talk later.” I tried ending the call when she started. “I get it." “What?” “You found her again, and no one else matters. What we had—" “Was a mistake. It should never have happened. While I'm wondering why you're bringing it up out of nowhere, I need to get back to work.” “Um. Okay. I'm sorry for bringing it up at all.” “It's just when I saw you two that day. Her first day at the house. It brought flashbacks. I tried to get it out of my head, but I mean, I walked in on you guys.” “What exactly is your point, Tilda? I thought we were past this already.” She sighed… “I know, right? I thought I was too. You're slightly bigger than Henry. You know how to use it too. There's just a lot of you
