“Darling, are you alright?” Andrew held Susan in his arms and asked worriedly but got no response. Her eyes were closed, her face pale and her brows beaded with sweat. Everyone at the meeting were shocked as one of them regained himself and asked,

“Sir, should we call an ambulance?”

Andrew had already lifted Susan carefully in his arms. “That will be too late. I will take her to the hospital myself.” Andrew sped towards the door and halted annoyingly at the next question.

“What about the meeting?” One of the directors asked him. Susan was a staff so the CEO doesn’t have to be so worked up to take her to the hospital himself. An ambulance should have been the best option.
