Damien's POV

As soon as I left Demitri's place, I headed for Ariana's place. Michael joined me on the way and took over the wheel. We drove to Ash Estate and I went straight to Ariana's apartment. I texted Kevin, and he replied quickly, informing me that Ariana was home.

Michael parked the car, and I got out of the vehicle. My wounds had healed, and I had time to change my clothes into my own inside the vehicle. Kevin opened the door for us and we entered.

"How is she?" I asked.

"Not too good. She was hit by the news terribly," Kevin reported.

"Is that her food?" I asked, seeing the tray of food sitting on the table.

"Yes, Alpha," Kevin replied.

"I will take it up from here," I said and went upstairs towards Ariana's room.

I slowly pushed the door open and entered. A pillow flew to my face, but I caught it, and when I brought it down, my gaze fell on Ariana staring at me from the bed.

"Damien, our baby was killed. I didn't lose it," she cried while sitting on the bed.
