“How’s her condition, doctor?” he asked a doctor who passed by, with Kate following him, “tell me something, Kate.”

“He said she will be fine, that’s all he told me.” She sat on an empty chair beside her, holding a diary to her chest.

‘She will be fine? Not possible.’ I talked to myself putting the gun back into my coat and moving to them as I changed my plans. She did not talk, she just looked at me. I wasn’t putting on my usual face. I was wearing the mask of the devil. I was just angry and not ready to tolerate it. I sat between them and crossed my legs too.

“Excuse me, guys. I think I need to fetch some tea.” Packer went away, missing the talk. He looked scared as he walked narrowly and swiftly.

Kate looked at me with those sexy eyes and all I could hear was, “I lied, I don’t love you, Matt. I love someone else.” She said, just as her mother had told me, “I thought you were my Hero, but I think I am a mile away from finding my real hero.”
