Ava's POV

"She did steal my heart and she's the only woman that makes me nervous," I heard Tom say to the reporter on TV and my heart skipped a beat.

Woah! I couldn't believe Tom could say something like that. My breathing became ragged and when I felt my face, it was hot; I was blushing so hard.

Tom had informed me via a text last night that he had been invited to answer some questions on the morning show and he asked that I watch the show 'cause he had something important to say.

And well, I didn't want to watch the show but somehow I found myself sitting in front of the TV that morning, watching him talk so confidently on the show.

"How cunning?" I scoffed, "Why would he lie like that on TV?" I rolled my eyes and smiled shyly.
