-Wilbert?" As Amira stood there, she asked him the same question that had taken her by surprise just now. "Can you tell me why you've come here?"

Like Wilbert, Amira is also shocked.

It wasn't so much, the fact that he was present that was the reason. It was a fact that she was completely taken by surprise because of his attire. Having only met Wilbert a few months before, she had been taken aback by how far he had changed right now.

He no longer requires the heavy eyeglasses that he used to wear in his eyes on a daily basis because of his contact lenses.The man also appeared to have lost weight, as if he had slimmed down as a result of his visits to the gym. There is no discernible difference between his and the model's shapes, and it is impossible to tell the difference between them.
