I walked into a large, rectangular hall like a ladder classroom with a high ceiling and rows of seats that are arranged in a tiered, stadium-style configuration. The seats are arranged in a semi-circular pattern around a podium. And the huge floor-to-ceiling windows allow for plenty of natural light to flood the space, which was my favorite.

There was a raised platform at the front of the room, equipped with a sound system, ensuring that the speaker's voice can be heard clearly throughout the room. And even a large projector screen can be lowered from the ceiling for multimedia presentations.

Owain and I were chillin' in the second row, ten minutes before the conference started and the hall was almost packed. I looked around and saw a bunch of Alphas with their mates. No wonder Augustine asked me that question.

"How long have we gotta sit here for?" I whispered to Owain.

"I dunno, with the introductions and the Five speakin', it's gonna be like 2 hours." Owain repl
