Chapter Two

ARIA’S POV

“ Whip that ugly cursed creature.” My step mother’s voice filled with venom made me realise I was once again wrong.

My wolf was wrong.

She couldn’t save us. She couldn’t save me. But why was everyone looking at me with a terrifying look? Maybe it is because of how ugly Carissa looks.

I began morphing back to my human form, I was naked so it made it easier for me instead of looking for clothes to hide myself.

“ Whip her until she speaks the truth, nothing but the truth about that bastard pup she bears inside her.’’ My step mother commanded the gamma. I could see a hint of happiness in those mischievous eyes of hers. She was indeed happy about all of this. I guess she had proven her worth to my father through this.

“ You are going to count everyone of it you little slut, and am not going to be hard on you. You will have to return that favour in the night.’’ The gamma smiled at his yellowish teeth on display.

Slut?

“ You can whip me as hard as you wish to, I never begged for your mercy. I can’t be with an ugly creature like you.” I foamed spitting on his face. Because I was suddenly pregnant he now calls me a slut.

“ Hundred Lashes!”

Oh Moon Goddess is this how Luna proves her worth? By asking the pack gammas to whip her naked step daughter in front of the entire pack?.

The gamma raised the whip and landed it on my bare back.

My scream tore loudly from my throat as I shut my eyes.

“Count everyone of it you crippled witch!” My happy step mother’s voice echoed in the air.

Then I began counting.

“Tw ... .enty” I gasped. He was whipping me hard because I refused his offer.

“Louder you whore.” The gamma ordered his voice loud enough for the whole pack to hear. I bet he was enjoying every single one of it.

The way my bare breast jiggled as every lash touched my bare back and the way my bare butt bounced after every whip.

“Ninety…fi..ve” I gasped, my voice cracked. The tears in my eyes couldn’t be measured on how humiliated I felt.

“Hund ... .red..” I cried weakly.

The last lash tore across my lower back with so much force.

I let out a weak but soft breath.

“She hasn’t spoken the truth yet. Another hundred lashes.” My step mother's eyes glittered with happiness as she ordered the gamma. I guess she wanted me and my fatherless pup dead by all means.

“Enough!’’ A cold and angry voice commanded, making the gamma stop on his track. It was my father. Now he remembers that it is his daughter.

“ Call the seer.” His voice was stern, his cold eyes flunkered in my direction. The weight of shame he felt for me clouded in those gray eyes of his. He was not only disappointed in my wolf, he was also disappointed in me.

“ Since she can’t speak then I guess the seer will save us some time.”

“ Get that beast something to wear.” He commanded the gamma that stood beside him.

He had acknowledged the fact that I am the beast they called me. My wolf was a curse to our kind and my pregnancy….

Soon the seer was making her way towards me with a soft smile on her face. Why was she smiling? I know my condition is a joke to everyone in this pack but now the seer?.

“ She knows nothing about the pup she bears. Why punish her for her innocence?’’ She questioned my father, her rough hands wrapped around mine.

“ You are a blessing darling and not a curse.” She whispered her voice inaubible for the rest pack to hear. She called me a blessing and not a curse like the others, A soft cheeky smile formed in my lips.

Somebody had acknowledged me as a blessing for the first time in my eighteen years of existence in this pack.

“ We seek the truth about the pup she bears.”

“And that I cannot reveal.” She said her voice stern, her hands still wrapped around my trembling fingers. Who possibly is the father of my pup that she can’t reveal was it my father? or was it really Beta George, my stepmother claimed i was seducing?.

“ You don’t get to speak to your Alpha in that manner!” My stepmother snapped angerily, her face reddened with anger.

“You don’t speak to me in such a manner, child. Am not your mate!” The sneer sneered and from the corner of my eyes I could see my stepmother’s eyes get watery as she flinched in fear.

“ Clement, we need to talk.” Her sudden outburst made the whole pack silent, my father glanced at me, my body shook violently in fear. Since she called my father by his name that means something was wrong.

She said something to my father and immediately he looked at me with rage. It was obvious something was definitely wrong, but why was my stepmother smiling?.

And for the first time, my father was afraid of something or maybe someone.

“You need to get that beast out of you now!” He roared angrily, his voice entirely different from his words. I could feel it he was afraid… of the mysterious father of my pup.

“ You can’t take the pup out, that simple mistake will cost over life …Every soul in this pack.” The seer said, it was more like a warning or a threat to my father, to every soul in this pack.

“ I can’t let that beast seed grow in my daughter’s body.” He raised his voice at the seer who looked at him her face void with any emotion.

The father of my child of my pup is a monster.

“None of us want the wrath of Alpha Damien or that of his gammas.” My stepmother chimed in, but how did she manage to know the father of my pup?.

Alpha Damien?

The one rumored to be caused by the Moon Goddess, the one that was feared by every She- wolves, every Omega’s, every Beta’s every Alpha’s of every pack. How did he manage to be the father of my mysterious pup?

“ She already bears his pup and his mark…..”
