Chapter 31

Henrick’s POV

“Henrick.” I heard Irvin’s sweet voice echoing in the endless dark room.

“Irvin? Where are you?!” I shouted as I searched for him. My heavy footsteps create a sound every time it smacks the tiled floor. “Vin! Irvin!”

“Henrick. Help.” He said under his breath. “Babe, save me please.” His pleading voice no longer echoes. It sounds like he is behind me.

I turned to where his voice came from. The darkness is no longer there. We’re at an unknown place. A park. Irvin is seated at the bench while reading some book. Enjoying the calmness of the deserted place. He doesn’t look in danger though.

“Irvin!” I ran and hugged him tightly. “Where have you been? I was so worried.” I said when I broke the hug.

“Find me, please.” He smiled. “Henrick…

... Henrick wakes up.” I frowned. His voice became deeper. And husky.
