Chapter 48

LUCIAN was already standing outside of the house when Chloe, Neptos and Jucel arrived in  the house they shared in Graire Province. As soon as he saw the three, he immediately went to rant about Chloe's safety.

Barbie and the others went out of the house and the short woman jumped beside Lucian, catching the bottom of his ear.

"Ow! What are you-- ow, that hurts!" Lucian shouted. Because Barbie was a lot smaller than Lucian, the latter had to bend his body to the side or else his ear will be tear off his head.

Barbie proceeded to pull him inside the house. "Come here, you idiot. You're still not dressed up!"

"Dressed for what?" Chloe asked while watching Barbie dragging Lucian away from them. Indeed, Barbie Lewelyn was dressed in her usual rugged clothes while the remaining boys were dressed up in pants and shirt.
