“What the hell were you thinking, standing on the road like that?” I snapped at her as she pushed me off her and she hurriedly got to her feet.

“Don’t fucking talk to me like that,” she growled

I scoffed, walking towards her as she stepped back.

“I just saved your fucking life. Don’t you fucking use that tone with me!”

She scoffed as well, shaking her head.

“You—“I was about to say when I noticed all the people around us watching us argue.

“What?” she asked as I inhaled sharply.

“If you don’t like something, then speak to your father about it,” I said, picking up my phone from the ground and wallet, which fell when I was trying to save this ungrateful brat.

“I am not a spoiled brat,” she said through gritted teeth as I turned to look at her. Did she hear my thoughts?
