“He is Henry, my most trusted person,” Landon introduced me to Henry. After we had made a deal to get what we both want, he decided to introduce me to his people first.

I figured that his house here in Manchester looked like an ancient luxury manor, it can even pass as a Victorian palace. He also had a lot of househelps that were obviously vampires. Of course why would he get human househelps. That would only make a problem because of the kind of lifestyle he’s living in.

He only introduced me to few people. Henry, his right hand, butler and all around assistant. Beatrice, the head of the househelps in the manor and is ranked the second after Henry. Her name really sound old fashioned, and trust me, she really is. She wasn’t the sexy type of female subordinate in movies that becomes the rival of the female lead in movies. Actually, I can’t guess her vampire age, but in human age, probably she’s around late forties. But in spite of th
