Chapter 20

Damien slammed on the brakes as they reached the pack house.

He strode towards the passenger side and opened the car door, where Evelyn was sitting on the seat with her hands tied with the duct tape, the blood from the head wound dried around her scalp and neck, lost in her thoughts.

She knew Damien was up to no good. She was hoping that her friends will come save her before anything terrible happened.  

He tore a peace of tape and stuck it on her lips, sealing her mouth. That got her out of the trance.

She looked at him with fear in her eyes while he was glaring at her menacingly. He undid the seat belt and pulled her out of the car by her upper arm. He then started dragging her inside the pack house.

It being past midnight, the pack house was empty as everyone has gone to bed, making it possible for him to take Evelyn inside without anyone noticing or interrupting. Not that anyone would go against the Alpha.
