Chapter 19- Evelyn

Lizzy sat on one of the chairs in front of the mirror. I stood there awkwardly not knowing what to do. 

“Why are you standing there? Sit down.” She said motioning to the chair.

I looked down embarrassed. She got up and came near me.

“Are you alright?” she asked.

“You did so much for me. I can’t…” I stopped unable to continue.

I don’t like free loading. They did so much for me.  

“Hey it’s okay. You don’t have to be embarrassed about it. I know how you must be feeling but you don’t have to feel like you are imposing on me. You are my friend aren’t you? And I am doing this for my friend. So don’t feel ashamed or anything and sit down or I will make you.” She said glaring at me playfully.
