Chapter 65
Daniel ran towards his and Evelyn’s room as fast as he could. As he opened the door he saw her at the same place he left her but more miserable. The difference being her kneeled down and she was howling in misery. Daniel made sure to lock the door behind him.
‘Why is she crying like that?’ Daniel thought looking at Evelyn’s slumped figure. ‘Is she hurting somewhere?’
He slowly made his way towards her and sat in front of her not to put her into a state of panic. He slowly encircled her in his arms to comfort her but she jerked violently and started screaming and thrashing to get out of his hold.
Evelyn thought that Damien was trying to capture her as she felt two strong arms encircle around her. She started thrashing to get away from him. She didn’t want to go with him.
