About Heart

From a considerable distance, Ardina observed the face of an angel who was fast asleep in a sitting position. His face bent, lowered. Behind, the white wings were stained with blood from last night's battle wounds. But it's a little dry. His meditation last night made the angel of death much better, even though he had not fully recovered. And that cruel demon is so merciless. Ardina growled remembering last night's incident she could never understand why the devil could be so cruel to his brother?

Ardina immediately shook her head? That's none of his business. whispered his mind. But still staring at the handsome face of this super cold grim reaper. Last night, she just felt a warm conversation after several hours of the meet, the first meeting was annoying, she finally felt the warmth of the conversation between her and the grim reaper. She never believed that she would meet the grim reaper who was very cold and had a very flat face. Ardina smiled to herself. She also did not know what she remembered and Ardina's smile grew.

And without realizing it, Ardina's hand touched Rail's face. Last night Ardina was very curious about the angel's skin, which is very white and clean, even though he looks dirty. Then, over time the touch became an intimate caress.

Suddenly the angel stretched, and as quickly as possible Ardina pulled her hand from Rail's cheek, but it was too late for her to hide her hand from Rail's eyes which were already on Ardina's hand was still engrossed in stroking her soft cheek. Ardina's cheeks are now flushed, the pink color has filled almost all of Ardina's face. Do you know why? Not only were Rail's eyes fixed on her hands, but he was also looking at Ardina's face very firmly.

"What are you doing?" The question made her embarrassed. Ardina could only smile embarrassed and awkward. Her mind went over twice the extra mile to find a thousand reasons not to suspect Rail of her. But,

"No ... I ... I'm not doing anything," she replied very nervously even though his head shook very quickly. "I just want to treat your wound." She said again avoiding Rail's suspicious gaze at Ardina.

"You don't rub my cheek anymore, right?" His soft voice sounded seductive in Ardina's ears. Slightly sigh. Whether Rail did that to her on purpose or not, for sure, that voice made Ardina's heartbeat as fast more than twice.

"No ... why am I touching your cheek." Ardina dodges what Rail Said. Standing up, then sitting in her original place without reluctantly looking at Rail's face.

Again, Rail laughed out loud like last night. Ardina was very upset to hear her mocking laughter.

He got up. His face grimaced slightly. Perhaps, it was the wound on his wing that was causing him pain like that. Then sighed... "already kidding, we better go now before the devil kisses our existence." He said and walking ahead of Ardina who was still silent looking at him very seriously but a little shy.

"Where are we going?"

"Facing the King of the Hereafter!" answered Rail lightly without caring about Ardina's feelings.

"But it's still dark outside," said Ardina. Rail continued to step outside without hearing what Ardina said. Like it or not, Ardina followed Rail's steps that were already at the mouth of the cave.

Outside, the forest was still dark. The sky has not even the slightest light of the rising sun. Blue-black. The air was still cold.

Footsteps follow the angels' walk. Ardina did not even know the purpose. Rail only said that she had to hurry to the afterlife before the devil caught Ardina, took her, and made her a sex slave to the rulers of hell. And also meet the King of the afterlife.

The cold air made Ardina hug herself while stroking her arm. What's more, she only wore thin school clothes, the jacket she was wearing didn't keep her warm either. And sadly, the grim reaper is insensitive and doesn't care about the current cold. She also didn't care about Ardina who was shivering with cold. Even though she was just a soul, she still felt the chill of the air right now.

Feet continued to walk on the wet ground that had been rained all day. Follow in the footsteps of the angel. The dew camouflaged Ardina's vision up ahead. The fog was too thick, so he couldn't see anything ahead except the road overgrown with weeds and grass. Ardina stroked the crook of her neck, sometimes rubbing her arm to feel warm. As much as possible so that she does not faint from the cold by the air that is now getting colder she feels.

"Hey..do all the angels don't care about the human soul?" Ardina said suddenly. He ignored it, which he continued walking without even looking at Ardina for a moment. She hissed annoyed at the angel's attitude.

"By the way, how long will it take us to arrive? I'm already getting cold, might freeze to death," asked Ardina was bored with the topic of 'cold air. Ardina looked at the angel's back, she felt that the angel was also not too interested in what she was talking about. The proof is that Rail is indifferent to what he asks. Ardina snorted once again, this angel is not cool. Too stiff to talk and joke around.

"Don't be stupid! You just a soul, so you're not going to die a second time. And I beg you, shut up and follow my lead," Rail said suddenly. His ravings hurt Ardina's heart.

Ardina snorted, and then covered her mouth to stop babbling. "Ok, I won't talk even if you ask me," said Ardina in her heart.

Then Asmodeus and Orthos had arrived in front of the cave, Orthos rushed in without Asmodeus being asked. The demon followed Orthos' steps into the cave. And in the cave, Asmodeus did not find anyone, he only saw an empty drink bottle lying in the cave.

"Shit looks like we're late. Lucifer and the lost soul are gone!" muttered Asmodeus annoyed. Asmodeus' eyes traced the cave and then stopped at the white feathers falling from Rail's wings. Asmodeus walked over to Rail's fur. He looked carefully, it turned out that his guess was right, Rail's wing feathers had fallen out.

Asmodeus rushed to his feet, staring at Orthos who smelled the surroundings of the cave. "Orthos, we have to hurry to find them, and I don't think they've gone too far," Asmodeus said to Orthos who only growled for a moment and immediately ran out. Sniffing the tracks of Rail and Ardina returned. Following where Rail and Ardina's footsteps went.
