Escape From Asmodeus

Ardina glared, staring without blinking for a second. Hold the wooden branches tightly with both hands. She pointed at Asmodeus while gathering as much courage in her as possible. There was greater fear on her sinister face than her courage. Maybe, she wouldn't win if she fights with Asmodeus. A weak girl wants to be like a hero. That could be what the devil was thinking.

The demon walked without the slightest expression of fear even though Ardina had threatened him with a tree branch. For Asmodeus, Ardina is just a mosquito that dies right away. She took a few steps back following the devil's steps that continued to move forward.

"Don't move, stay there or you will die with this wood." Ardina snarled even more in fear as Asmodeus's pointed teeth bared on her. Sweat as big as corn kernels started to come out of the pores on her forehead and neck. She glanced at the grim reaper, it turned out that the wound was very bad. Blood came out of his wings which were broken from hitting the tree so hard. Asmodeus' attack turned out to be no joke even though Rail was his brother.

"Try it if you can, lost soul." Asmodeus's words made Ardina's body tremble. Shudder with horror. During Ardina's life, she was just a lonely girl who could only be alone without friends. Even though all the teachers considered him the smartest student in school, she was even the national Olympic champion in mathematics.

"You stupid soul .., why are you challenging him, Huh? You can be crushed at once." The grim reaper's words made Ardina's guts shrink even more. Instantly the moment's courage disappeared. "Hurry up and run ... before you're completely dead." Shouted the grim reaper giving instructions. Ardina was confused about what to do. But...

"No ... I'll still save you from this bastard." She said to stick to her stance. Gaze intently at Asmodeus.

"It's useless, he can't be defeated by a weak creature like you!" The angel of death gets feel tired to get up with all his efforts. The remaining strength he mustered up completely, walking after the demon from behind.

"Nothing is useless if we fight it together! And you .." Ardina pointed at Asmodeus who had only smiled at Ardina and Rail's conversation. "I won't let you hurt that angel. If you mess up, I'll beat you to death !!" shouted Ardina following the devil's style as she was about to take the grim reaper's life.

Asmodeus' laughter sounded very disparaging for Ardina. For him, Ardina's words were impossible against him. "Are you sure you can hurt me, weak spirit?" Asked Asmodeus.

"I can!! who said I can't do that?" Ardina stuttered. She only bullies Asmodeus.

The grim reaper's younger brother laughed very hard. "Look at yourself, you are just a weak soul that is just a little hit by the fire of hell and immediately becomes ashes. Already, you better listen to what my brother said!" said Asmodeus pointing to the angel.

"Hurry and run dumb! Are you deaf, huh !!" Snapped Rail getting annoyed. He is now standing. Ardina thought for a moment, then followed Rail's instructions. Run with all your might. Get away from Asmodeus. But...

Gedebuuk .. damn, the roots of the tree made him lose his balance and my body fell before beating the devil. The wooden branch bounced away.

"Damn, you are a bastard demon," Ardina said irritably at Asmodeus while frowning.

The demon looked relaxed at Ardina's curse. "hey .. you don't know me yet, so you better come with me so we can get to know each other. And you know, I'm attracted to a brave spirit like you. Even though you sometimes look really stupid and weak," he said crouched down later. Again touched Ardina's chin. "How? Do you want to? If you want, I'll make you happier than my dumbest brother," he continued pointing at Rail without turning his head, and the statement swept away Ardina in a sentence that had just passed a second.

The angel kept getting closer, he took another branch that was much smaller than Ardina's earlier. He walked slowly, creeping a little. Ardina realized that, but Rail had strictly forbidden himself to hold back any sound or movement that made Asmodeus suspicious of what Rail was trying to do. He grasped the branch tightly and then...

Dukk .. one hard blow landed on the bend of the demon's neck, collapsed. Back there, an angel stood with a roaring breath. "You deaf, I told you to stay away from that spirit." He said annoyed. Then looked at Ardina who was still in shock over what she was experiencing right now. You!!" Point it at Ardina. "Hurry up and we'll get out of here before he wakes up."

Ardina got up, then followed where the grim reaper's feet were tracing her footsteps. Continue to step into the uninhabited forest. Tall and shady trees covered the blue sky. The clouds caught his eye briefly as he raised his head. The rain continued to wet the ground, on the ground, the soles of the angel's feet were imprinted.

And up ahead, Ardina's eyes continued to gaze at the grim reaper's back. That wing can't be used anymore. Broken. Injuries adorn the huge muscular back. Not only there, but there were also still traces of blood that had not dried up on the big biceps that covered up. Even though the rain had repeatedly wiped the blood from his body, the blood continued to flow from the wound. Now and then Ardina saw Rail grimace in pain, she realized even though Rail was hiding his pain.

Ardina doesn't know what to do? What is certain is that he looks very sorry for having done such a foolish thing that the grim reaper is seriously injured. And because of his stupid deeds he also couldn't carry out his duties.

And in the meantime,

Asmodeus wakes up from fainting. He stroked the bend in the neck which hurt a little from Rail's hard blow. His eyes rushed to find the figure of Ardina and Rail around where he was. They were gone before he realized. "Shit, they're gone !!" He grunted irritably. And he couldn't smell Rail and Ardina.

He stood up and then moved his hand. A reddish light appeared on the hand. He threw far forward. Suddenly a door opened wide. And at that instant, the sky became very dark and lightning flashed above the sky. Before long, a dog-like figure emerged from the door. Very big dog.

What kind of creature is that? And what happened to the injured Rail?
