Elvis sat at his desk, going through the paperwork that had piled up on it. His secretary interrupted his work, informing him that she needed his signature on a document.

"Wait," Elvis said, looking up from the papers. "Let's hold off on that for now."

"But sir, this needs to be signed by the end of the day," his secretary protested.

"I understand, but we need to wait for Lyra to confirm the plan before we push through with anything," Elvis replied, surprising himself with his own words. He used to be someone who wouldn't be stopped when he had something that he wanted to be done, especially when it came to business, but now he's willing to wait till Lyra comes into the office.
